The following is our terms and conditions of sale. Please read these carefully and give us your comments.

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of receiving it. Where the item is not in stock we will inform you and give you an approximate delivery date. If there is a delay we will contact you asking if you still want us to send the order. We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail using their recorded delivery service.

Delivery for each mainland UK address is £2.50

All items are supplied gift wrapped.

Payment:

All cheques should be made payable to Gemini Joe and should have your name and full address on the reverse.

Personal cheques must clear our bank account before despatch

Sending A Gift:

We can easily send items as gifts to a different address, but we will still need your address to send you a receipt.

If you are sending a gift and would like us to hand write a message on the gift tag, please let us know the message at the time of ordering.

Returns and Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange or refund any item where the item is not suitable, please return it, unworn and in the original packaging to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please obtain proof of posting certificate from the Post Office if you are returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

We do not pay for return postage, except where the goods are faulty.
